Puja sees the world as a series of interconnected systems and excels in
uncovering these invisible dynamics that shape the human experience.

She is a Strategist at Gemic, where she helps clients design inclusive innovation strategies that create experiences of collective joy and resilience among underserved communities. Some of her recent work includes exploring the future of informal life learning online, youth volunteering in Australia, and
elevating marginalized creators' experiences on social platforms.

Prior to getting into consulting, Puja worked in strategic comms, digital and service design, working with organizations in the healthcare, philanthropy, and education sectors. Puja holds a Masters in Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation. Outside work, she enjoys writing, tinkering with textiles, and
nurturing her decade-long obsession with Indian classical music.
