Women In Power is a self-authoring leadership development fellowship for women to enhance their critical thinking skills, emotional intelligence, strategic communication, self-confidence, and inclusive leadership skills. Through a dedicated space for intentional discourse, learning, and reflection, we encourage leaders to interrogate their lived experiences and build upon their knowledge and wisdom. 

Women In Power creates spaces for white and racialized women to reflect on their own and each other’s experiences to determine how it shapes their leadership practices. Through a set of activities, a lot of sharing with each other, and reflection prompts, participants create their own leadership journey map and identify areas of growth. 

Women In Power is not your typical leadership program where content is delivered, participants take notes and go home. We are a hands-on leadership program that is focused on your development. We firmly believe all of us know the areas in which we shine and what dims our light. Our aim through Women In Power is to help you brighten the dim areas and shine brighter in others. And we do this by sharing tools and frameworks to build your journey map.
