Women In Power is a self-authoring leadership development fellowship for women with at least 10 years of work experience. We provide a dedicated space for intentional discourse at the intersection of lived experiences and knowledge.
Women In Power brings together white and racialized women so they have a safe space to engage in intentional conversations, share their stories, ask difficult questions, and start building their allyship toolbox. It is an opportunity to hear from other women so you can interrogate your own narratives, experiences and notions about race, patriarchy, and gender.
Facilitated sessions each week help women deepen their inner-work practices so they can move towards inclusive leadership and ultimately allyship.
