Who is the ideal applicant?

We offer three different programs and based on where you are in your leadership journey and where you want to go, you can choose the program you are interested in. The only requirements to be part of this program are that you:

  • are a woman or non-binary individual
  • have at least 5 years of experience in the workforce
  • are ready to do the work required in a leadership program, and 
  • are willing to contribute to the sessions with your lived experiences



When is the program offered?

What program logistics should I be aware of?

• We offer small group cohort programs. Cohorts are 10-12 women in size.
• Programs are offered virtually over zoom
• Sessions are 90-120 minutes long with a break built-in
• Sessions are interactive and focus on inner work




What will I get out of this program?

At the end of 6 weeks or 6 months, you will get tools and frameworks that work for your leadership. You will come out more confident. You will have a greater understanding of your power and how to use it to further your leadership. You will have stronger communication skills. You will be a more inclusive leader. You will have greater awareness of self. 


What is the cost to attend this program? 

The cost to attend the program varies. Please check individual program pages to get an accurate cost. Most of our program costs range between $600 - $3000. For those facing economic hardships, we offer scholarships of up to 90%. We don’t want costs to be the reason you can’t access these programs.
