Norah O’Donnell is a volunteer engagement consultant and trainer with 15+ years in the nonprofit and arts sectors. As founder of The Norganizer, she helps organizations refresh policies and procedures, clarify roles, and design (or update) volunteer programs so staff and volunteers can do their best work.
Norah began as a volunteer manager in the arts and culture sector, where she witnessed the power of volunteerism to build belonging and strengthen community. A former president of the Toronto Association for Volunteer Administration, she’s known for calm, people-centered leadership.
A connector at heart - curious, collaborative, and generous - she brings people and ideas together and makes room for individual strengths to shine. Guided by courage, honour, dedication, and illumination, Norah uses creative facilitation and clear processes to move teams from intention to action and sustain momentum.
