Nilsa Ruiz LCSW, is the co-owner of Chicago Growth Mindset, a Latina-led practice focusing on organizational and individual wellness.

With almost 15 years of leadership and clinical experience, Mrs Ruiz is a true champion in creating opportunities for black and brown communities by reinforcing the resilience and resistance necessary for systemic and individual progress.

As a Latina mental health expert, she understands the need for a racial equity lens and the power of an intergenerational approach.

In her work, Mrs Ruiz has a passion for helping professionals in high-stress jobs and supporting individuals, families, and organizations to cope with challenges and supporting them to thrive as the best version of themselves. She is also a devoted wife and mother to Nilos and Nitaino Ruiz.
