Manasi Rajan is an education-focused social impact consultant with 12+ years of experience across India, the UK, and the UAE. She supports governments, multilaterals, and non-profits to transform K–12 systems through strategy, teacher development, and evidence-led policy. Currently, Manasi provides technical support to UNICEF Gulf Area Office (with EPRI) on the RESET initiative, aligning UNICEF’s GCC agenda with national visions and strengthening policy positioning. She also serves as Senior Education Consultant with London Youth, delivering data-driven insights to improve programme outcomes, and advises the UAE Federal entity Majra on its Impact Seal and Sustainable Impact Challenge 2025. As Operations Head at Taara Foundation, she helps shape strategy and philanthropic deployment for orphaned adolescent girls.
Previously, Manasi led programme and ESG capacity-building at the Pearl Initiative; drove growth and curriculum at early-childhood EdTech platforms; trained educators and counsellors across South/Southeast Asia and the Middle East; and, at Dasra and the India School Leadership Institute, enabled multi-million-dollar funding growth while training 100+ school leaders and improving learning for ~30,000–40,000 students in low-income communities. Manasi holds an MA in Education Policy from King’s College London and an MSc in Foundations of Clinical Psychology & Mental Health from the University of Sussex.
