Women In Power: Elevation is your commitment to change your own notions and stories - first about yourself, second about the ecosystem you operate in, and third about the world you live, work, and play in. Over six months, through a series of biweekly sessions, we host a group of 8-10 women to do a deep dive into inner work. Our focus will be on having better strategies to engage, challenge, and address systemic inequities like race, patriarchy, and gender that hold us back. 

In this self-authoring journey, we will use tools, resources, frameworks, and prompts for meaningful discourse, honest and challenging self-reflections, and factual story-sharing. We will use our lived experiences as starting points for engaging with each other; we will continue to expand our knowledge by active listening; and we will learn to keep judgment - whether towards ourselves or others - at bay. We will pay homage to our resiliency and strength as we continue deepening our understanding of self and how we engage with the systems that harm us. 

Come join us on this journey if you are looking for a community to engage with so you can have lightbulb moments, move along the spectrum of inclusive leadership, and come out questioning your engagement/relationship with systemic inequities. 

Sessions start in September. We will meet for 60-90 minutes every two weeks. You will receive a toolbox of resources, frameworks, and prompts to reflect. Each session we will dig into these resources and frameworks, create new tools that work for us individually, and then practice them. The cycle repeats for eight sessions. At the end, you will have a notebook full of ideas, reflections, and thoughts that will demonstrate your movement along the spectrum of inclusive leadership. You will improve your communication skills, be aware of judgment and bias, and reduce self-doubt.
