Anu is a life sciences professional who has lived and worked across four countries (India, Singapore, US and Canada), with expertise spanning scientific research, entrepreneurship, and global strategic consulting. She holds a PhD in Microbiology from NTU, Singapore, and has over six years of experience as a Strategy Consultant for Fortune 500 pharma, biotech, and medical device clients across the U.S., Europe, and Canada. Her consulting work has focused on verticals like launch & commercialization, market access & pricing, portfolio strategy, and life cycle management, helping organizations navigate complex drug development and commercialization pipelines, loss-of-exclusivity/patent cliff, adoption into healthcare systems and achieve brand success and patient access across TAs like oncology, rare diseases, immunology and precision medicine.

Prior to moving to Canada in 2020, Anu worked in Singapore’s innovation ecosystem, gaining hands-on experience in early-stage venture development and commercialization. As Founder-in-Residence at Entrepreneur First/SGInnovate, she co-founded and raised pre-seed funding for a precision medicine venture, leading product development, investor readiness, and cross-functional collaborations. She also worked with Crely Healthcare, an early-stage MedTech startup, where she guided pre-clinical trials, technology transfer, and external stakeholder engagement across APAC markets. These experiences gave her first-hand insight into venture building, balancing product innovation, ecosystem engagement, and commercialization strategy.
