Becky Andrade is the Executive Director at Milton Community Resource Centre, a not-for-profit multiservice organization with programs and services in Early Learning and Child Care. Beginning her career as a Human Resources professional, she has been passionate about ensuring that people and organizations thrive through culture and equitable practices. Becky has nearly 20 years’ experience as a Human Resources professional and is a former president of the Halton Human Resources Professional Association.

She is currently the Vice-Chair of The Women’s Centre of Halton Board of Directors and is a Coordinating Committee member of the Halton Equity and Diversity Roundtable. Becky holds a Hon. B.A. in Psychology from Brock University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College. Becky aims to continue to break barriers ensuring full and equal access to essential products, programs and services that meet the needs of our community.
